Shared responsibility (Chile Law No. 21.719):
The Customer is the Data Controller and is responsible for having the legal authority and necessary consents. Axon ERP acts as the Data Processor, is a cloud infrastructure provider, does not own the data, maintains absolute secrecy and does not use Customer data for its own commercial purposes.
Data nature and purpose:
The system collects and processes data in a segregated way: HR module (names, RUT, emails, pension data, attendance and payroll); commercial and inventory management module (customers, invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, suppliers, raw material traceability); production and brewery module (recipes, losses, orders, batches, costs); and descriptive AI analysis to automate reports, predict stock and optimize processes. Commercial data or recipes are not used to train external public models.
Security and industrial confidentiality:
Data of each Customer is logically isolated on cloud servers. Transfers use HTTPS/SSL encryption. Axon ERP maintains strict confidentiality regarding production processes and commercial formulas.
Non-payment suspension and ARCO rights:
Payment delay allows suspension of access to the visual interface. Suspension does not immediately destroy data; Axon ERP keeps backups intact for a technical period of 30 calendar days before definitive deletion. The Customer can export inventory summaries, KPIs and accounting reports using the native tools while the account is up to date.
